✨ Have you ever felt like your mind is already in tomorrow before today is even finished?
✨ Or noticed how your inner world keeps running a constant checklist, even when your body longs to rest?
The right side of the root chakra holds the energy of doing, moving forward, and staying “on top of it all.” It’s where drive and responsibility live — but also where we can slip into over-activation: overthinking, overdoing, and never quite arriving in the present moment.
When this pattern becomes dominant, life can feel like a continuous to-do list that never ends. The body may carry a subtle tension of “I need to keep going,” even in moments meant for rest. You might notice restlessness, shallow breathing, or difficulty truly switching off.
In Biofield Tuning, we meet this pattern through sound and vibration. As tuning forks gently interact with the biofield, the nervous system begins to reorganise. The constant forward pull can soften. The internal “must do” energy starts to unwind.
Sound does not force stillness — it invites it.
And from that invitation, something very natural emerges: presence.

Please bring your own yoga mat and enough blankets to keep yourself comfortable and warm. During the session you will be lying down, and as your body begins to relax deeply, your temperature may naturally drop. Having extra layers will help you stay cosy, supported, and fully able to soften into the experience.

Jolanta is a Sound Healing Practitioner and Yoga Teacher. She works with Tuning Forks (Biofield Tuning and SomaEnergetics), as well as Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and energetic balance. Her approach blends grounded awareness with intuitive guidance, creating a safe and supportive space where participants can slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves through the power of sound.
