An invitation to pause, listen, and make space for what wants to emerge.
Perhaps you have been trying to figure something out.
A creative decision. A new direction. A feeling that is difficult to name. Or simply a sense that the rhythm you’ve been living in no longer quite fits.
When we are busy doing, making, solving, and keeping up, it can become difficult to hear what is happening underneath it all.
Clarity does not always come from trying harder. Sometimes it begins with listening.
This practice offers a space to step away from the immediate demands and questions that may be occupying you, and to slow down enough to notice what is already present.
Through gentle movement, guided awareness, Yoga Nidra-inspired rest, sound meditation with singing bowls and monochord, and journaling, we explore listening through the body, the senses, silence, sound, and reflection.
There is nothing to achieve and nothing to make.
Instead, you are invited to become curious about what you notice — and to create some space around what is already here.
Perhaps, in that space, something becomes clearer.
Perhaps something you had not been able to hear before begins to emerge.

Lichun will introduce a reflective tool from her sound therapy work with individuals, offering a way to listen beyond what is immediately known and encounter deeper layers of awareness.
Through this process, you are invited to discover your own insights and clarity, becoming an active and empowered participant in your own process.

Who is this for?
This practice may be supportive if you:
are moving through a period of creative uncertainty or transition
feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your own rhythm
are looking for space to step away from constant doing and thinking
are seeking clarity around something in your life or creative process
want to deepen your awareness of your body, senses, and inner experience
are curious about listening to your intuition and what may want to emerge
No previous experience with yoga, meditation, or creative practice is needed.
