Hüma holds a degree in Painting from Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts in Istanbul and a degree in Art Direction for Film from Central Saint Martins in London. She also developed her skills in Make-up for Film and Theater through a specialized course at Westminster College.

Her creative expertise extends to the screen, where she has contributed as a costume designer and art director in the TV and film industry. Hüma's involvement in cultural events such as the Istanbul Biennale, the Istanbul Film Festival and the Rotterdam Red Tulip Film Festival reflects her strong organizational skills and deep connection to the arts.

Since 2012, Hüma has lived in Rotterdam, where she continues to create, inspire and develop her multidisciplinary practice.
