Lambov's Ensemble de Solitude

Lambov’s Ensemble de Solitude, the solo venture of guitarist and composer Stanimir Lambov, functions as an exploration of his relationship with the guitar in various contexts. His artistic range expands from composing acoustic chamber music to crafting solo jazz arrangements to improvising ambient pieces with prepared guitar and electronics. The idea behind the name of the project is inspired by a quote from guitar virtuoso Andres Segovia, who claims that the guitar could sound like a whole orchestra, a principle that Stanimir has adopted in his approach to the instrument. In this concert he will perform the music from his first album: Solo Works Vol.1 (ZenneZ, 2024) as well as some newer compositions, improvisations and arrangements.

Meshana Skara

Meshana skara is a favourite dish in Bulgaria, which includes a variety of grilled meats, prepared in many different shapes and flavours...it also is the name a newly formed duo, which just like the dish, brings to you lots of different music from the Balkan peninsula, served with all the favorite spices of the region. The duo invites you to join them in a feast of music from the rich musical traditions of Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, the western Balkans and a touch of the east, served with much love of the music and the variety of personalities and settings, which the openness of the duo format allows. The duo - Annabella Raiona on voice, violin and bendir and Stanimir Lambov on guitar, tambura and voice, invites you to their table for a feast of music!

We begin with about an hour of live music.

Afterwards we invite the audience for a jam session and later the evening continues with chilled DJ sets.
