 oin the whirling no matter how experienced you are\, for as long as you wi
 sh for. The detailed information will be provided in the beginning of the 
 session. During sema it feels much better to wear natural garments and to 
 cover shoulders and legs as much as possible. It is recommended to wear co
 mfortable clothing. For feet to whirl freely and smoothly please wear slip
 pery socks if you dont have mes (traditional leather socks). There is no m
 andatory or strict requirements… Come as you are … There will be tea a
 nd snacks after sema. Please register in advance to reserve your place\, a
